The Turkey Disabled Sports Assistance and Education Foundation (TESYEV) will provide non-repayable scholarship support for disabled students who are enrolled in state universities and in need of financial assistance during the 2026-2027 academic year.
Eligibility criteria:
Having a disability status of 40% or higher,
Being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,
Being in need of financial assistance,
Not being over 30 years old or married,
Not working in any income-generating job and not having income-generating assets,
Not receiving a scholarship from another institution outside of TESYEV (KYK student loans can be obtained),
Continuing formal education,
Applying in the year of enrollment or if applying from a mid-level class, not being in the final year. Second-year associate degree students in vocational schools are exempt from this condition.
Students of foundation and private universities, as well as open education, distance education, external education, and adult education students are outside the scope of the scholarship.
Application
Students wishing to apply must submit the application form completely filled out along with the required documents to the relevant scholarship unit by October 28, 2026. Personal applications made directly to TESYEV are not accepted.
